Ok am all over this one ol' school HARO STORM TROOPER bmx .The reason that this is th bike of the day is because ............. just look at the 20' inch rims, the blue and white color combination and the mint condition that it was kept in. I wish it was mine the high seat, MAN it brings me back to when i was about 10 yrs old jeez. Don't be surprised it you see Tom Chiddah role at a show on this exact bike !!!! Just marvel  at it

Ok this isn't a bike movie but i honestly just like the visuals in it. Steve Berra is one of the many "kick-pushers" moving the culture of skating foward with everything that he does and if you guys know me you'll know i'm all down for anything that inspires me and if this doesn't get something going inside of you then your dead. One of the most inspirational bands in a long time TRAA, WUV, SONNY,AND MARCOS bring us probably one of the best songs off  "THE MATRIX" soundtrack "SLEEPING AWAKE". From the fiery guitar licks to the hypnotic bass thumping melodies which are blended perfectly with the friggin  drums whichc power through anything to drive the song on to zion, make this song one my favorites. Sonny's blistering vocals are chillingly awesome , I cant say enough about this song or this band which is what makes them our SONG OF THE DAY enjoy!!!!

Ok this one of my favorite songs ever it basically got me into other genre's of music ,but all that aside, the mood it captures is unlike any other song in existence. TOOL is not for the average listener ,with Maynards crystal clear yet sinister voice backed buy a bass and guitar tandem that are so in sync,you cant tell which is which ,they bring you SOBER from their 2001 release "UNDERTOW".
Undertow helped heavy metal music remain prominent as a mainstream musical style, and allowed several later bands to break through to the mainstream and that is why they have the song of the day. ENJOY!!!

Probably one of the most underrated bands of all time! Idug this album out of the depths of my memory , and listened to it and man i forgot how friggin awesome this album was!! This album was created after the band was in a van accident that almost ended their lives (album cover contains the actual van they were in) and looking at the van you wonder how did they survive? If you dont have this album and you are looking for some music to get you pumped pick up Candiria's "What Doesn't Kill You" album i'm sure you will enjoy
